How To Size Your Cable
1: You will need to know your supply type, single phase or 3 phase 90% of all domestic cables will be single phase.
2: Select the permissible volt drop of 3% for lighting 5% for everything else.
3: Decide what current you will need for your supply cable this is measured in AMPS OR you can fill in the KW field.
4: Input the length of the cable into the calculator.
