DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders same day, dependent on stock. Please note that our warehouse is open Monday – Friday, therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday the following week.

Free delivery on all orders exceeding £100 excluding VAT to mainland UK addresses (as stated below, highland & islands delivery addresses will incur extra delivery charges, regardless of total order cost).
PLEASE NOTE: If your order needs to be sent via Freight Shipping, additional delivery charges may apply, regardless of whether the order is over £100 excl. VAT or not.
Also, we are NOT liable for any costs associated with delayed deliveries, courier issues etc. Goods should be ordered PRIOR to booking jobs, electricians, engineers etc.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Please note that if our courier attempts delivery and nobody is available to accept it, additional charges will be incurred (£20 per re-attempted delivery).
