We hope that you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make the process as simple as possible. By following the guidance below, you can help us to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please remember that this does not affect your statutory rights.

The returns period is 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any items you want to return should be unused in original packaging and with all parts and any included documentation. You should include your invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return to help speed up the returns process. Please note that certain items are unable to be returned such as custom lengths of cable or products that have been adapted/modified to suit customer requirements.
Any returns past the 7 day period, you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
To return an item you must email email@example.com with your order number and details of the items you will return.
Delivery charges will not be refunded for the return of unwanted goods.
If you purchased the item more than 7 days ago and has proven to be faulty or If the item has already been installed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Damaged in transit
Goods received in a damaged or un-satisfactory condition must be reported to us immediately via email or by calling our sales team on 01244 288138.
