As these junction boxes allow installation of up to 4mm² cables, these boxes are perfect for outdoor Armoured Cable installations. For example, you could be running a 2.5mm 3 Core Armoured Cable to an outhouse to power some mains sockets and switches. These boxes would allow you to terminate the cable safely and securely in place.
