CTI Metal 8 Module Unpopulated Consumer Unit – Metal clad consumer unit with 8 usable module spaces for MCBs, RCDs, RCBOs etc. This consumer unit includes a pre-installed 100A incomer which will allow you to isolate all circuits. Given how adaptable this consumer is, the 100A mains incomer can be swapped out for an RCD which would trip all the MCBs if it detects an earth leakage. This consumer unit also has an LSF (low smoke & fume) coating.

You’d ordinarily find a consumer unit like this in a large house or place of business. Given its 8 usable module spaces/ways, you’ll have the option to have up to 8 separate protected circuits using MCBs, RCDs or RCBOs. Depending on the amount of power being drawn, you’d run Meter Tails 6181Y from the meter to your consumer unit.
