CTI Metal 8 Module Unpopulated Split Distribution Consumer Unit – A metal consumer board with 8 usable module spaces. This board includes a 100A Mains Incomer (main switch) and 2 x 100A RCDs, one for each bank of MCBs. This consumer unit is also compatible with all CTI Type B and Type C MCBs (Curve Type). It also has an RAL9010 coating. This coating is low smoke and fume which helps it during the event of a fire.
Another great feature is the floating busbar which helps when removing MCBs, working inside the board etc.

These consumer units are perfect for when you want to separate two floors with one RCD protecting each. For example, upstairs and downstairs lighting, sockets and switches etc. would all be protected under an RCD. In the event of an earth leakage, only one floors circuits would be cut off, meaning the rest of the house would operate normally.
