SWA Cable 12 Core is a type of Steel Wire Armour electrical cable. The armour is inside the cable itself to protect the insulating layers beneath. It’s a type of mechanical protection, therefore it makes the cable suitable for outdoor use and laying underground. Can be used with Cable Cleats to attach the cable to walls etc.

This cable contains 12 numbered cores, ordinarily used within industrial installations. The steel wire armour provides mechanical protection as well as protecting the cable against chemical spills.
