This is mainly used to split the mains meter tails coming into a property, an example would be when you would like to feed more than 1 consumer unit. This type is a Double Pole Service Connector Box, also known as a Henley block and has 2 brass terminal blocks each with 5 terminal entries that will take up to 35mm² cable.
